Doggie Joy

I'd like to introduce you to Saffron Crocus, our 13 year old golden retriever, doing one of the things she loves best - running on the beach. She always runs with a big smile on her face so today the stick is just an added bonus. We would all do well to follow Saffron's example of being "in joy" in the moment.
