Saturday, July 26th the Moody Crewe did a living history at The Old Coast Guard Station at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. The first photo shows our overall display, the second shows Mistress Carolynne and "Queen" Katrianna talking to some young wharf urchins about turn of the century food. That would be the 17th to the 18th century... Although the crowd was smaller this year than last year they were most interested in our presentation and most interesting to talk to. All that food research I'm working on really paid off. Once a foodie, always a foodie, no matter what the century!
